Service Description: HB 2835, passed during the 2019 session, requires ODOT to report at the end of the year on any closures that impacted access to public access site to a floatable waterway. ODOT doesn’t own any of these access points ourselves, but our roadways provide access to points owned by others (i.e. a state park that has waterway access and the only access to the point is off of a state highway). The closure data collected by ODOT Maintenance and Operations.
